Qmoji is an educational gaming platform that allows users to create, host, and participate in quiz-based games. Users can collect Q characters, earn coins, and compete with others.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Qmoji for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform
- Harass, bully, or harm other users
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content in question sets
- Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property
Qmoji and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-created question sets remain the intellectual property of their creators.
6. Virtual Items
Coins, Q characters, and other virtual items within Qmoji have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Qmoji is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qmoji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Qmoji after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
